- කාන්තාවන් සදහා ව්‍යවසායකත්වයන් සංවර්ධනය කරදී විකල්ප ජීවනෝපාය මාර්ග ඇති කිරීම සහ විකල්ප ආදායම් මාර්ග සංවර්ධනය කිරීම.
- කාන්තා අයිතිවාසිකම් ආරක්ශා කිරීම.
- ස්ත්‍රී පුරුෂ සමාජ භාවය පිළිබදව දැනුවත් කිරීම.
- කාන්තා හිංසනය/ප්‍රචණ්ඩත්වයට එරෙහිව ක්‍රියා කිරීම.
- ගැහැණු ලමුන්ගේ ආරක්ෂාව හා ඔවුන්ගේ අධ්‍යාපනය වෙනුවෙන් ක්‍රියා කිරීම.
The main objective of this program is to strengthen the contribution of women to reduce poverty by empowering their leadership by developing their knowledge skills and attitudes.
